1.1 Digital Dennis will cover the wedding day as arranged with the customers this includes instructions from the customer regarding particular shots or styles wanted. 

1.2 Digital Dennis can not guarantee any or all shots wanted due to circumstances beyond his control be it weather conditions, hardware or equipment issues or interference from other guests or wedding party members.

1.3 Digital Dennis will not award compensation for loss of pictures or failure to attend wedding due to circumstance beyond his control.  If unable to attend wedding if possible another photographer will be arranged to cover wedding day if this cannot be arranged then a full refund of monies paid will be given back to said customer.

1.4 Digital Dennis can not and will not guarantee image print quality from random printers.  Quality is assured when printing for customers as part of a package due to specific printer being used by Digital Dennis but when customers use other printing services this is the sole responsibility of the customer to assure quality directly with the chosen printing agents or service chosen. Quality can only be assured by using the same printers as used by Digital Dennis.

1.5 Digital Dennis supplies a Dual DVD Album which contains both a DVD slide show and the picture or photo negatives.  Copyright and Trademark of these images or photographs are owned by Digital Dennis for the life of the pictures / photographers under Copyright Law.  Reproduction or use for money gain or any other commercial use is strictly forbidden and will be a breach of copyright which will result in legal action being taken against said individual.
