
1.6 Digital Dennis also under Copyright Law has the right to use images or photographs as seen fit be it for advertisement or company gain no monies or royalties will be paid to the customer due to outright Copyright of said images or photographs being owned by Digital Dennis under Copyright Law you agree to these terms and conditions in full when signing booking form or model release forms. All images, content, designs, web design and coding with in this site are copyright of digital dennis.
1.7 Digital Dennis will accept an initial deposit £ 8 0 on booking of services this is to ensure the required date is confirmed for the customer the balance of money to be paid is required 6 to 8 weeks in full before the wedding day or the full amount can be paid in full before this time at the customers discretion. Customer cancellation will mean loss of deposit or any monies paid due to costs incurred by the photographer and also to cover loss of monies due to other bookings being turned away on the arranged booking date due to photographers being booked 12 - 18 months in advance to ensure availability. Acceptance of these terms and condition are signed by the said customer as part of the booking process and the booking form being signed by both the photographer and the customer as part of a legally binding contract of business by both said parties.
1.8 Digital Dennis will always try to provide albums and packaging as agreed upon booking of services. If suppliers or supply material changes then a like for like will be given to customer of equal quality and value.
1.9 Additional images may be supplied to customers as part of the Dual DVD Album ( photographers gift ) this is completely at Digital Dennis discretion and is only done as an additional extra from the photographer this is not part of the agreed service or packages booked or confirmed but this service is on offer to Clients at extra cost to the booking and package chosen and agreed with the photographer. DVD compatibility cannot not be guaranteed the DVD slid show is recorded on DVD-R which plays on over 90% of DVD players. Music is encoded in mp3 format so DVD players that are over 3 years of age may have problems playing the disc this is not the fault of the disc or the way in which it has been authored / pressed. All DVD sideshows are tested on 3 separate DVD player brands and on 2 DVD pc drives this is done to test for faults and also compatibility.
