1.9 COMPLETE PAYMENT

The Customer / Client will make payment in full of any services booked / hired from Digital Dennis 6 – 8 weeks in advance of said confirmed service date minus any deposit that has already been paid by said Customer / Client.

2.0 COVERAGE PROVIDED

Digital Dennis will do his very best to provide said Customer / Client with images as requested upon acquiring the services of Digital Dennis.  Digital Dennis will not guarantee in anyway that images / photographs / work created will cover every single need of you the Customer / Client and as such will not accept or be liable in any way for none provision of work wanted.  Upon the booking of services provided by Digital Dennis any specific requirement by you the Customer / Client must be raised and agreed in writing with Digital Dennis as part of the booking service this is the sole responsibility of the Customer / Client. 

2.1 BAD WEATHER PLAN

Upon attendance of Digital Dennis with you the Customer / Client at the point of complete payment see section 1.9.  Digital Dennis will discuss and go through a bad weather plan with you the Customer / Client this is an alternative plan of action should the weather or conditions beyond the control of Digital Dennis cause the none fulfilment of service as agreed between Digital Dennis and you the Customer / Client this is an alternative plan that will allow Digital Dennis to continue and complete fulfilment of services hired.
