1.10 Digital Dennis will always try to get albums and packages completed and back to the customer as quickly as possible usually with 3 – 4 weeks.  But if this period of time takes longer no compensation will be awarded. Additional photographic orders such as companion albums or additional images will be des patched once payment has cleared and delivery will usually be maid with in 14 days of payment clearing. If paying deposits, payment amounts in full, payment for additional orders and products by cheque any bank penalties incurred by cheques not clearing or being refused by relevant banks these penalty payments will be made payable by the client or customer in full on top of any monies left out standing.

1.15 Story Book Fairy Tale Albums are also copyrighted protected in full this includes all designs images and layouts ownership under copyright law belongs to Digital Dennis & Dennis Cotty no reproduction, copying either print or by electronic means in any way is strictly prohibited and is a direct breach of copyright.

1.16 Negatives / Digital Files, Negatives and Digital Files remain the property of the Photographer even if copy Negatives are supplied to the Client in JPEG format duplication or copying of these images in any way unless specified in writing by the original photographer is a breach of Copyright and legal action will be taken for breach of this Copyright.

1.17 Bad Weather Conditions may result in none external our outside photographs due to risk of damage to photographic equipment said conditions are completely beyond the photographers control and will result in Bad Weather Plan being action ed as agreed between said customer and photographer as part of preparation steps.

1.18 These Terms & Conditions are Copyright of Digital Dennis so not reproduction, copying or duplication of these Terms & Conditions are allowed or permitted with out written permission being granted by Digital Dennis directly. Digital Dennis is also Copyrighted and Trademarked under Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988.
